Architectural
Everyone at Millard, Inc. Architects & Engineers strives to meet and exceed our client’s expectations, both in design and building experience. We begin the design process by learning from you, the client, exactly what you need. Our Design Team then works to produce the most functional and aesthetically pleasing solution to your needs. Additionally, we realize that building designs that exceed the financial resources of the client are not feasible. We look for options you may not have imagined, and creative avenues to make your future project easier and more cost-effective.
Interior Design
Combining knowledge with aesthetic vision, our designers at Millard, Inc. develop interior design solutions that are approachable, attractive, and most importantly, meet the needs of the people using the space. Design is about much more than simply looking good. Our emphasis is on functional design and effective use of space with flourishes of color and texture used to enhance the experience and quality of a space.
Structural Engineering
Millard, Inc. provides structural engineering services to a range of clients on projects both large and small. With design expertise in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction, we have delivered on a wide range of project types including industrial, commercial, residential, mixed-use, religious, and others. We have extensive experience both in new construction and in renovations and additions to existing buildings. Our structural department is led by Marcus Millard. Marc holds both a Bachelors’s and Masters’s degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer.
Master Planning
We feel that the purpose of the design professional is to not only design building solutions and tend to immediate space needs of the client, but to also help guide their current and future growth. Since our incorporation in 1983, we have created well over one hundred Master Plans for Consumer Utility Corporations (EMCs), Churches, Private School Campuses, and multiple other project types.
